Privacy Policy and Data Retention

Way2Go is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information.

This privacy notice describes how we collect and use personal information about you during and after your working relationship with us, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

It applies to all employees, workers and contractors.

Way2Go Standard Terms of Business

Way2Go contracts are based on the laws of England and Wales.
Way2Go issues invoices on the first working day of each calendar month, for the pre-agreed number of consultant/days for that month, which are payable 30 days from date of invoice. The balance of any variance from agreed number of consultant/days to be reconciled in the following month’s invoice.
Invoices are payable in GB Pounds Sterling unless otherwise agreed, and subject to sales tax.
Any reasonable required travel and accommodation expenses to be reimbursed by the customer, subject to prior approval.
Detailed scope of work to be agreed in writing between the customer and Way2Go.
Customers will treat the names of the consultants confidentially and will not approach them for engagement except through Way2Go Consulting Ltd.
The relationship between the parties shall be that of an independent contractor and nothing in any Agreement should be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship. Way2Go is not the agent of the customer and is not authorized to make any representation, agreement, or commitment on behalf of the customer, unless specifically required and authorized in writing in advance.
All other terms and conditions shall be expressed in any contract executed between the customer and Way2Go, and/or between the consultant and Way2Go.
